    Rozhina Development Group (RDG) is a land banking project that currently holds over 1,000 acres of land in Southern Ontario. RDG is neither a builder nor a developer. In the event that RDG decides to engage in any construction projects on the land held by RDG or its subsidiaries, these activities will be carried out by outsourcing services from third-party companies, including planners and consultants. All construction projects will undergo a tender process, allowing builders to submit quotes through our website. 


    Currently, RDG does not have a sales office or conduct pre-sales. When land or real estate projects become available for sale, RDG will obtain all necessary permits, insurance, and licenses from the appropriate authorities as required by law.
